Serie 10000

Full nozzle and full lift safety valves, suitable for gas, vapour and liquid service.

10000 Series safety valves have a “metal on metal” seat and are available in bronze, carbon steel, stainless steel and superalloy, with orifice diameter from 10 mm to 27 mm.

Flanged or threaded connections from ½” to 2”.

Maximum setting pressure 413 bar.

Typical Application: safety relief valves with threaded connections with high discharge capacity, cryogenics.

Serie 20000

Full nozzle and full lift safety valves, suitable for gas, vapour and liquid service.

20000 Series safety valves have a “metal on metal” seat and are available in bronze, carbon steel, stainless steel and superalloy, with orifice diameter from 8 mm to 9,5 mm.

Connections can be flanged or threaded, from ½” to 1”.

Maximum setting pressure 700 bar.

Typical application : protection of tank under pressure ; protection against thermal expansion, cryogenics.

Serie 30000

Full nozzle and full lift safety valves, suitable for gas, vapour and liquid service.

30000 Series safety valves design is in accordance with API 526 Standard.

They are available in carbon steels, alloy steel, stainless steel…..and superalloy suitable for all different types of conditions of applications; they are characterized by integral-flanged connections with dimensions from 1” to 12” and are available in the pilot operated version.

Maximum setting pressure 413 bar.

Typical application : offshore platforms, and oil plants.

Serie SV 10001

Full nozzle and flat seat safety valves with soft or “metal on metal” seat suitable for liquid service. Characterized by small dimensions, by rotating outlet and by the possibility of very high settings (700 bar).

SV 10001 SERIES safety valves are realized in stainless steel, with threaded 1/4” NPT or GAS connections with 100 l/h maximum discharge capacity.

Typical application: multiple-piston pumps heads, installation in very small spaces.

Serie SV 5001

The safety relief valves SV 5001 series are used to protect tanks fed , low delivery pumps, pneumatic and hydraulic lines or to protect instruments and pipes from thermal expansion

Serie 4000

The relief valves of the 4000 series are desígned to protect any type of equipment from overpressure, they are particularly suitable as relief and backpressure valves for reciprocating metering pumps. The maximum reliability is assured by the special design together with precision manufacturing and test.

These valves are used mainly to discharge the condensation existing in the separators placed in natural gas extraction wells.

They can run out up to 700 bars and can be used for both liquid and gaseous fluids.

They are equipped with pneumatic or hydraulic integral actuators with the valve and can be supplied with various accessories enabling automatic operation.

Changover valves suitable for all pressure and liquid. The valves can either be furnished with flanged or welded pipe connections.
